Data we store
We store account identifiers, workspace data, conversations, subscription status, wallet balances, wallet transactions, generation jobs, and generated asset records so the product works per user.
Payments
Card details are processed by Stripe. lovlychat stores only payment and subscription metadata needed to grant access, credit neurons, and support refunds.
Generated media
Generated images and videos may be stored on lovlychat infrastructure so paid galleries and unlocks remain available.
Support and deletion
Users can contact support to request account help, data export, or deletion where legally available.
