Acceptable Use Policy
What is and is not allowed on lovlychat.com — read before using paid features.
Permitted use
Adult-oriented fictional roleplay between consenting adult users (18+) and AI companions. Generation of fictional adult character photos and short video clips. Use of voice, memory, photo, and video features for personal entertainment.
Strictly prohibited content
We prohibit any content depicting, describing, or implying: minors in sexual contexts (real or AI-generated); non-consensual sexual content; bestiality; necrophilia; incest; sexual violence; rape; trafficking; impersonation of real people without consent; revenge content. AI guardrails refuse such prompts; manual review terminates offending accounts immediately and may report to law enforcement.
Strictly prohibited behavior
Account sharing or resale; reverse engineering or scraping; automated bulk requests bypassing rate limits; fraud / chargeback abuse; harassment of staff or other users; using the platform to defame real persons; circumventing the age gate; using stolen payment instruments.
Voice & likeness consent
Real influencer characters (e.g., Sara Sodi) are licensed with explicit written consent. The platform does not allow user-uploaded photos of real people without verified consent.
Refund eligibility
See /refund. Subscription refunds available within 14 days of first charge if no premium feature was used. LoveCoin packs refundable within 7 days if balance is unused. Chargebacks for used services may result in account termination.
Enforcement
First-time violations of permitted-content rules: warning + content removal. Second violation: 30-day suspension. Third violation or any prohibited-content violation: permanent termination + forfeiture of unused credits + report to processors and law enforcement where applicable.
