No real human performers, actors, or models are depicted in any sexually explicit conduct. Accordingly, the records-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do NOT apply to this material as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4).
AI-generated character disclosure
Every character on lovlychat.com is a fictional adult persona generated by AI. Characters are not based on, intended to depict, or modeled after any specific real person. Any resemblance to real persons is unintentional and coincidental. All depicted personas are 18 years of age or older.
No minors policy
The platform strictly prohibits any content that depicts, describes, or implies minors in sexual contexts. AI guardrails reject any prompt mentioning minors, schools, students under 18, or related context. Manual review terminates accounts attempting such content.

Real-influencer characters (e.g., Sara Sodi)
Where a character is licensed from a real influencer with explicit written consent and the influencer is verified 18+ (with government ID on file), the platform retains 2257 records as if § 2257 applied. Voice samples and reference images for licensed influencers are stored encrypted; consent documentation available to law enforcement upon lawful request.
